यह page CSAE / CSAM prevention और response के लिए हमारी publicly published child safety standards बताती है। यह हमारी Terms & Conditions और Privacy Policy के साथ लागू होती है।
LocalConnect बच्चों के लिए dating product नहीं है। Platform सिर्फ 18 साल और उससे ऊपर के users के लिए है।
हम CSAE और CSAM को prohibit करते हैं। Violating content हटाया जाता है; accounts suspend या permanently ban हो सकते हैं।

हमारे पास child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), सहित child sexual abuse material (CSAM), के लिए zero tolerance है।
Platform पर ऐसा कोई भी content, solicitation या behaviour strictly prohibited है और हटाया जाएगा।
Involve accounts suspend या permanently ban हो सकते हैं। Law के तहत ज़रूरी होने पर हम relevant authorities को report करेंगे।
LocalConnect सिर्फ 18 साल और उससे ऊपर के users के लिए है।
हम जानबूझकर 18 से कम उम्र के बच्चों से personal data collect नहीं करते, और Platform को child-directed service के रूप में design नहीं करते।
अगर आपको लगता है कि किसी minor ने बिना appropriate consent account बनाया है, तो हमें contact करें — हम appropriate steps लेंगे।
Users app के report / flag flows से profiles, cards और safety concerns report कर सकते हैं।
Reports हमारे platform safety process का हिस्सा हैं। हम content हटा सकते हैं, features restrict कर सकते हैं, या ये standards / applicable law violate करने वाले accounts suspend या terminate कर सकते हैं।
हम reported content review करते हैं और safety या legal compliance के लिए बिना prior notice भी action ले सकते हैं।
Enforcement में content removal, feature limits, temporary suspension, या permanent account termination शामिल हो सकते हैं।
Repeated या severe violations, CSAE / CSAM सहित, permanent bans और जहां ज़रूरी हो authorities को referral का कारण बन सकते हैं।
हम applicable child-safety laws का पालन करते हैं और जहां ज़रूरी हो, regional और national authorities को report करते हैं।
हम child-safety / CSAM matters पर authorities के lawful requests के साथ cooperate करते हैं और legal compliance के लिए relevant records retain कर सकते हैं।
